This week, “The Times” British newspaper has published a full page spread about Steve Williams and the way he turned his Olympic success into a management course for businesspeople.

As you already know from the training session that we organized a couple of weeks ago, the story begins not on the start line in Beijing but a year earlier, when the Britain coxless four crew failed in the World Championship, and is not about winning races, but about learning and getting better.

It’s absolutely amazing how a sportsman’s speech has become so meaningful to the corporate audience through the power of personal brand! Well done, Steve and keep up the pace!
